 Fast, easy and with metrics! This is a very nice little program, quick and easy to use. I don't know why you ask about price above, but if you consider take money for it, then think again, there are so many sites out there where you can check your BMI, just as fast, easy and for FREE! I think it is excellent that it does not cost anything.

 This would be really awesome if it were updated. It is pretty old and it shows it. Rather simple, but not necessarily easy. It would be great if there was something that followed the BFL journal, but allowed for changes, as I am doing 4 cardio and 2 lifting per week instead of 3 and 3. It would be nice if it did planned and allowed us to print it, then we could write everything down and enter it. It needs to do workout, food, power mind set, goals, journey to success, dream list, measurements, body fat, and weight. It also needs comprehensive reports ...

This is a great program for anyone! This program... I just love it! Even though it is easy to check this on the net for free, it feels nice to have it as a program in my computer! I think this is a program that will make a lot of fitnesspeople heart beat faster. Just like it did with my heart!

the Analyzed did exactly what I needed, worked great on Vista
 Works as advertised. Quite helpful in figuring what websites are causing network problems with fake av.
At first the product was not very intuitive to use but I got my head round it ok. It seemed to do what I wanted but not to the level I feel is necessary. It only scrambled the content of index.dat, it did not remove it! Therefore the file size remained at 320kb instead of the zero I was looking for. I could also still make out parts of the content visually therefore it was not 100% effective. It also could have done with picking up other .dat files like NTuser.dat.
It was good, but we really wanted to be able to restore the index.dat files that had been deleted but couldn\'t find the restore button that the fix had indicated we would need.
